CSV to Markdown Table Converter
Paste a CSV or a spreadsheet export, get an aligned Markdown table.
CSV or TSV

Markdown table
What this does
Paste CSV or TSV and get a Markdown table you can commit. The delimiter is read from the first line, so a file exported from a spreadsheet — tab separated — works without being converted first.
Where it earns its keep
- A spreadsheet of team roles, copied straight into a project README
- Release notes kept in a CSV, turned into the table in a changelog
- Captured data pasted into a bug report, readable without opening Excel
The parts CSV makes awkward
Quoted fields are handled properly: "Sato, Kenji" stays one cell, and a newline inside
quotes does not split the row. Doubled quotes become a literal quote. What it will not
do is guess that a comma is both your delimiter and a thousands separator — if columns
come out wrong, look at the delimiter it picked on the first line.
